I have been a professional fundraiser for more than 20 years and I know how hard it can be to raise money for youth sports teams, church youth groups and non-profit organizations. It is my hope that I can help you do just that and have some fun along the way.
Here's how it works:
It's simple, just divide the number of seats I provide you by the total price and that will give you the per seat price.
- First, pick an event (sports, concert, speaker, etc.) you want to go to and let me know the date and location.
- I will put all the details together (bus, tickets, food and beverages and hotel if it is a weekend trip) and I'll give you one price for all.
- Your job will be to fill the bus by selling the seats to whoever is interested. Players and their families, church members or supporters of your cause.
- Once the trip is fully paid for I will return to you a donation check for $500 (single day trip) and $1000 (weekend 2 day trip).
- I can help with flyer design or you can design one of your own. I'll just need to see it before hand.
- I need 3-4 months lead time - six is best. Remember you will need time to sell the seats.
